Recipe Feeder
It would be great on grilled tilapia, grouper, snapper and goes well with baked chicken or pork.

1 cup ripe mango, peeled and diced
1 cup each of diced fresh pinapple, honeydew and cantalope
1/2 cup diced red, orange (or yellow) and green peppers
1/3 cup red pepper seasoned rice vinegar
2 to 3 tablespoons of fresh cilantro.
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon jalapeno pepper diced
2 cloves Garlic

Please feel free to adjust the peppers in this salsa. I find that I may have to leave out the jalapeno pepper depending on the guests for the evening.
