Recipe Feeder
  • refoils (Girl Scout cookies or other shortbread cookies)
  • Regular-size marshmallows
  • Maraschino cherries with stems, well drained
Method Place some cookies on a microwave-safe plate. Place a marshmallow on top of each cookie. Microwave the cookies about 15 to 20 seconds or just until marshmallows puff-up. Remove from microwave and set cherries into center of marshmallow. Press down so they are set and won't slide out. Serve warm or refrigerate about 10 minutes and serve chilled. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.

Notes: Very simple and delicious. For added flavor, drizzle chocolate or caramel fudge over the entire treat. Or add granola or nuts. Get creative; there is almost no way to mess this up.
