Recipe Feeder
Ingredients:

2 strips of thick bacon
1 small onion, finely minced
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 -6 oz. can tomato paste
12 oz. diet cola - Splenda-sweetened if available
¼ c. sugar-free ketchup
3 T mustard
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch ground cloves—use sparingly until you adjust the seasonings
Hot sauce, to taste
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Fry the bacon until crisp; drain if more than 1-2 t. fat is rendered. Remove bacon and chop finely. Add the onion and cook over medium heat until translucent. Add garlic and sauté with onion bacon mixture Add remaining ingredients, plus about half a cup of water. Simmer for 20-30 minutes to reduce and thicken. Adjust seasonings to taste if necessary.

Approximately 10 servings of ¼ cup each.
