A Cheese Dip

1 − 4 oz. can pimientos, chopped and oil reserved
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Durkee?s hot sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup freshly chopped parsley
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 lb. grated mild cheddar cheese
1/3 lb. grated processed American cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheeses.
Add grated cheeses and mix well.
Moisten with reserved pimiento oil.
Chill overnight to ripen flavor.
