2 jalapeno chili peppers, drained (reserve 1 tbsp. liquid)
1 jar (16 oz) processed cheese spread (such as Cheez Whiz)
1 jar (4 oz) pimiento, drained and chopped

Remove stems, seeds and membrane from peppers; chop peppers. In earthenware fondue pot, combine peppers, cheese spread and pimiento. Heat stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Stir in reserved liquid.
