Recipe Feeder
1 medium sweet red pepper, seeded and halved
1 medium sweet yellow pepper, seeded and halved
1 medium sweet green pepper, seeded and halved
1 spring onion, chopped
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
½ tsp salt
2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 serrano chillies, seeded and chopped

Place the peppers cut side down on a grill pan. Grill about 10cm away from the heat for 5 - 8 minutes, or until charred. Place in a plastic bag, and let cool down to touch. Peel, and chop.

Combine the peppers with the spring onion, cilantro, salt, tomatoes and serranos. Mix well. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving time.
