Zucchini (not frozen)
28 oz. can tomatoes
Potatoes
Grated cheese
1 lb. hamburger (any meat can be used, eg: pieces of pork, chicken, veal, etc.)
Salt & pepper

In a 9x13" pan, put a small amount of oil to lightly cover bottom. Put a layer of sliced potatoes, a layer of zucchini slices, chopped onion, sprinkle 1/2 of the hamburger, add salt, pepper, cheese to taste, 1/2 can of tomatoes (chopped) & juice. Repeat layers - end with sprinkle of cheese. Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours. Cover for about 1 hour, uncover for top to brown.
