2 pkg (10 oz each) frozen chopped spinach
2 cans (4 1/2 oz each) button mushrooms, drained
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter or margarine, softened

Thaw spinach; drain well. In ungreased 1-qt casserole, mix spinach and remaining ingredients. Cover; bake 1 hour.
