Bacon-Wrapped Beef Tenderloins

Select 8 tenderloin filets, 1 to 1 1/2" thick. Wrap bacon slice around edge of each filet; secure with wooden picks.

Set oven control to broil and/or 550F. Place filets on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops 3" from heat 8 minutes. Turn; broil 7 minutes longer. Season with salt, pepper, and onion salt.
