2 Eggs, Separated
1 tablespoon White Wine, Dry
1½ cup French Bread, Cubed
1 cup Milk, Skimmed
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 ounce Gruyere Cheese, Sliced

In a small mixer bowl, beat egg whites till stiff peaks form tips stand straight. In another small bowl beat egg yolks, milk, wine, and salt till smooth. Fold into egg whites. Spray 12-oz individual casseroles with nonstick spray coating. Divide bread between casseroles. Top with cheese; pour egg mixture over bread and cheese. Bake, uncovered, in 350f oven for30 mi nutes or till golden.
