Preheat oven to 375F
8 slices cooked crumbled bacon
1 9" unbaked pie shell
2 cups (8oz) shredded swiss cheese
4 beaten eggs
1 large can undiluted evaporated milk
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Sprinkle bacon over bottom of unbaked pie shell. Cover with swiss cheese. Combine eggs, evaporated milk, onion, worchestershire sauce and salt in a bowl. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between cenre and edge comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
