Recipe Feeder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
3 medium potatoes
1 pound kielbasa
1/2 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil and butter in a large skillet. Add potatoes. Cover and simmer, turning occasionally, until potatoes are almost tender and a little brown, about 10 minutes.

Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and cook until onion, pepper and potatoes are to desired tenderness, about 10 to 15 minutes.
