2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup cooking sherry
¼ cup milk
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup yellow, red and orange peppers chopped
1 small box chopped spinach
1 lb hamburger
¼ cup bread crumbs
¼ grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
½ onion, chopped

Make the meatballs first. Combine the hamburger, spinach, breadcrumbs, eggs and parmesan cheese together. Form into 2 inch balls. Pre cook the meatballs in a l/4 cup olive oil. Once all meatballs are precooked, in the meatball drippings, fry the onions and peppers together for about 5 minutes.

In a large covered baking dish, mix together the mushroom soup, the sherry and the milk. Put the mushrooms, meatballs, onions and peppers into the soup. Put in the oven at 390 for 60 minutes
