How To teach husband he's a dad not just a baby sitter?

When the child gets older, your hubby will finally understand what it's like to be a dad. It's sad he can't see it now. Kids are a BIG responsibility. It takes 2 to make the child. It takes 2 to raise and care for the child.

How To teach husband he's a dad not just a baby sitter?

Ok here is the story. I work 3 days a week. 10 to 8 son is 15 months. He goes to pre-school 4 days a week. My husband bi tches about having to watch him and how much trouble he is a times like with teething and stuff like that. Like I know nothing. well we've gone through the fights over who does more of the work for the baby. Anyone that knows us knows I do. He can't even pack the diaper bag. So I wanna teach him a lesson showing him how good he has it. I meand I do everything. I am the one who gets up in the middle of the night and packs the diaper bag. When home I take care of baby boy mostly. He's had outings with friends and his brother. But me I never do. If I have an outing always with baby boy. I love my son and don't mind doing all. But I want hubby to have a wake up call check. So any ideas?

Tell him that since he has outings with his guy friends, you want outings with your girlfriends. Tell him that he packs the baby's bag 3 nights and you'll pack the baby's bag 3 nights and you both get Sunday off. Tell him you'll do the dishes and the laundry and the vaccuming and the tbathroom cleaning and the cooking and the grocery shopping and the straitening the house. After all, he does pay the rent, the phone bill, the electricity bill, the grocery bill, and the gas bill. (yes, list everything you do to contribute for everything he does to contribute.) You'll be leveling the playing field, logically- just like men like it. He complains because that's probably what you do. Men tend to mimic behavior they think is appropriate or acceptable.

I think that you should have married a dad and not a babysitter.
