Yield: 1 Servings


* 1 c Sieved cottage cheese
* 2 tb Minced chives
* 2 tb Grated onion
* 2 tb Minced parsley


Salt and white pepper : Mil together all of the above ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Store in refrigerater as this mixture does not keep very well. Makes 1-1/2 C Variation; Substitute cram cheese fot the cottage cheese and proceed as above.
