2 squares of chocolate
6 tbsp. light cream
3 tbsp. butter
4 1/2 cups icing sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Melt chocolate in double boiler. (If you don't have a double boiler, a pot of water with a metal bowl on top will do. Or something similar.)
Once melted, add cream and butter.
Stir until smooth and slightly thick.
Remove from heat.
Add icing sugar, salt and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
