2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cold water
1 bottle (14 oz) ketchup
1 pkg (3 1/2 oz) sliced pepperoni
2 pkgs (4 oz each) shredded mozzarella cheese
Oregano leaves

Mix baking mix, salt and water with fork to soft dough. Knead 5 times on lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 4 parts; roll or pat each part into 8" circle.

Place circles on grill 5" from medium coals. Cook 8 minutes. Turn; spread with ketchup and top with pepperoni and cheese. Sprinkle with oregano. Cook 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are brown.
