Mix 2 cups Bisquick baking mix, 1/4 cup sesame seed, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 cup cold water with fork to soft dough. Knead 5 times on lightly floured surface. Divide dough in half; roll or pat each half into rectangle, 12x8". Cut lengthwise in half. Place thin slice of cheddar cheese on half of each strip. Fold over and seal.

Place strips on grill 5" from medium coals. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Cut each strip into 4 pieces; serve hot.
