Grilled peppers

6 medium green peppers
1 can (15oz) chili beans, drained
1/2 cup whole kernal corn
3/4 cup ketchup
6 servings
Cut thin slice from stem end of peppers. Remove all seeds and membranes. Wash inside and outside. Mix chili beans, corn and ketchup; lightly stuff each pepper. Wrap each pepper securely in double thickness, heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Grill on medium heat for 30 - 40 minutes, turning once.
