Hobo Dinners

1 lb. ground beef
4 tomatoes, sliced
1 can (17 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
salt and pepper
butter or margarine
1 cup bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup milk
4 servings
Shape meat into 4 patties; place one patty in each of 4 lightly greased 1lb coffee cans.
Top each patty with 3 tomato slices and 1/4 of the corn.
Season with salt and pepper; dot with butter.
Cover each can tightly with aluminum foil.
Place cans on grill; cook 20 to 30 minutes.
Stir baking mix and milk to a soft dough; drop by spoonfuls into each can.
If desired, sprinkle with chives, parsley, garlic salt or onion salt.
Cook uncovered 10 minutes; cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
