[FYI] Salt First Thing In The Morning To Perk You Up If You Feel Down, Tired, Low Energy, Sluggish

Do you ever have those days where you feel sluggish and drained of energy, and nothing you do perks you up? I believe I've found a solution.

Salty food first thing in the morning. I am a woman, and this works very well for me. (The best thing I've found is condensed Campbell's cream of mushroom soup.) I've tested it out over a great enough period of time to know that IT WORKS! You just have to find the best salty food for you; not everyone's tastes are the same.

I now find that I have a tremendous amount of energy throughout the day, on the days that I start with a salty breakfast.

So, all those sugary breakfasts, like cereal, donuts, granola bars, cereal bars, pancakes (with syrup), etc., are bringing you down and you don't even know it. I strongly suspect this is why bacon and sausage and eggs were and still are a very common breakfast meal. They are/can be salty and therefore perk you up.

I dare you to try it! It works for me! It can work for you too!

Well salt is an electrolyte, perhaps you just need electrolytes. Other electrolytes you could try are potassium, magnesium, and calcium. Have you tried eating foods high in these electrolytes?
