I found these among my recipes and remembered making them a couple years back. Experimenting with the flavorings was fun. With so many extracts and flavorings on the market, the choices are endless. Enjoy!

Homemade creamers

14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1t. to 1T. flavoring/s of choice--or add to taste

Some to try or mix your own:)
Chocolate Almond: 1T. cocoa, 1t. almond extract
Vanilla: 2t. vanilla extract
Cappuccino: 1t. almond extract, 1/2t. orange extract
Strudel: 1T. cinnamon, 1t. vanilla extract, 1t. almond extract.
Chocolate Raspberry: 2t. cocoa powder, 2T. raspberry syrup

Measure all ingredients into 32 oz covered container, seal container and shake vigorously. (I used my immersion blender to mix). Store in fridge up to 2 weeks.

Notes: Definitely use skim or low fat milk. Half and half was too sweet. I made the base and added flavorings later when needed. Can cut in half as this makes quite a bit. With the chocolate and cinnamon: I used grated dark chocolate in the hot coffee. The cinnamon I used red hot candies but they didn't melt well. Later I found cinnamon extract which did the trick. I didn't care for the "gritty" effect in the cup so made those 2 changes.
