3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 heaping tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
pinch of salt
3 tsp. vinegar
1/2 stick butter, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 325F. Start with well beaten eggs and add the remaining ingredients in the order listed, mixing well after each. Pour mixture into an unbaked 9-inch pie crust.

Bake 45 minutes to an hour or until pie "sets" and is a light golden brown. Cool before serving.
