You local craft supply store (e.g., AC Moore or Michaels or equivalent depending on your location) sells an aerosol silk flower cleaner. Obviously remove it from the wall before cleaning.

First, use canned air like the type sold at computer supply stores to clean keyboards. This will blow off loose dust and cobwebs. Then get a bottle of silk flower cleaner available at craft stores. My favorite is Botanical Science, Simply Silk, Silk Plant cleaner because there is no wiping, no rinsing, it is odorless and because it is an oil-free formulation, it will not attract dust after treatment.Evenly saturate each leaf and flower until the solution literally runs off. You might want to do this outside with a tarp or drop cloth placed underneath the item to be cleaned. You'll see the dirt and grime drip off. Let it air dry.Caution: You cannot use this product if you have already used an oil based cleaner. Some particularly filthy items may require a second application.
