2 lbs Hamburger meat
1/2 lb crumbled Feta Cheese
1 cucumber, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
4 good quality burger buns (i usually use Pretzel Rolls)
Cavender's Greek Seasoning
tzatziki sauce

Tzatziki Sauce
2 (8 ounce) containers plain yogurt
2 cucumbers - peeled, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
3 cloves garlic, peeled

For Sauce, simply mix everything together in a blender or food processor. Refrigerate for at least one hour.

For Burgers, divide Hamburger meat into 8 separate 1/4 lb patties. Make as flat as possible. Place 2 oz of feta cheese in middle of 4 of the patties. Cover with the other 4 patties and press around the edges to effectively "stuff" the burgers. Dust with Cavenders Seasoning. Top with sliced red onion and cucumber if u want. Put sauce on burger bun and enjoy! Sometimes I do this with ground lamb as well if you want a more gamey taste, but i love the blend of American and Greek influences.
