Strawberries and rhubarb were surely made for each other!

1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
2 fresh rhubarb stalks, cut up
2 tbsp. liquid honey
1 cup ginger ale
Serves 2
Push strawberries and rhubarb through juicer feed chute.
Discard pulp.
Transfer juice to pitcher.
Add honey.
Stir.
Add ginger ale.
Stir gently.
Makes about 2 cups.
Pour into 2 medium glasses.

Serving suggestion:
Use other soft drink flavors, such as cream soda, lemon lime or club soda, for a new twist on this delicious combination.
