Good for what ails you! Delicious any time.

1 large lemon wedge
1 1/2 lbs. seedless green grapes
1 piece of peeled gingerroot (about 1/4")
2 cups sparkling bottled water (such as Perrier)
Serves 4
Remove and discard thin layer of peel from lemon, leaving white pith on fruit.
Push through juicer feed chute.
Push grapes and gingerroot through chute.
Discard pulp.
Transfer juice to pitcher.
Add sparkling water.
Stir gently.
Makes about 3 3/4 cups.
Pour over ice in 4 medium glasses.

Serving suggestion:
Thread 2 grapes onto cocktail pick and place on side of each glass for garnish.
