Creamy white and frothy. A nourishing combination in a delicious milkshake!

2 cups milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
3 tbsp. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. liquid honey
1 ripe medium banana, cut up
1 large egg (see Note)
3 ice cubes
Serves 4
Process all 7 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Makes about 4 1/2 cups.
Pour into 4 chilled medium glasses.

Eggs used in beverages should be cold.
Remove egg from refrigerator just before adding.
Beverages containing uncooked eggs should be served immediately.
