Refreshing peach flavor.
1/2 cup peach nectar
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup lemon lime soft drink (or ginger ale)
Serves 1
Combine first 3 ingredients in 1 cup liquid measure.
Measure crushed ice into chilled large glass.
Pour peach mixture over top.
Slowly add lemon lime soft drink until full.
Stir gently.
Makes about 1 2/3 cups.
Serving suggestion:
Garnish with thin slice of fresh peach.
Use club soda in place of soft drink for a less sweet alternative.
