Pleasant purple pick-me-up! Adults will like this one too.
2 cups strawberry ice cream
2 cups milk
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Serves 4
Process all 4 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Makes about 4 2/3 cups.
Pour into 4 chilled medium glasses.
Serving suggestion:
Garnish with fresh blueberries threaded onto cocktail picks.
