1 lb. ground lamb
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 egg
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 slices bacon

Mix thoroughly meat, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, dill weed, egg and garlic. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Wrap bacon slice around edge of each patty; secure with wooden picks. Place patties on rack in broiler pan.

Broiling time 15 minutes; turn once.

Broil 3 inches from heat at 550F/Broil
