Chocolate chip cookies
Preheat oven to 350F
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp. soft/melted butter
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup oatmeal flakes
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

In a large bowl, whip butter, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy.
Leave aside.
In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
Add to the first bowl.
Stir well while adding the oatmeal and chocolate chips.
On a non-stick cookie sheet, add dough (2 tbsp. at a time) at 2" apart from each other.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the dough has slightly browned or goldened.
Remove from oven and let cool for at least 2 to 5 minutes before serving.
