Recipe Feeder
1¼ cup Flour
½ cup Cocoa
4 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Salt
1¼ cup Sugar
1 cup Water
3 Egg Whites
½ cup Syrup
2 tablespoon Sugar, Powdered
Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. In large bowl combine first seven ingredients. In medium bowl stir sugar and water until sugar is almost dissolved. Add egg whites and corn syrup; stir until blended. Gradually add to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake in 350f oven 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
