Recipe Feeder
2 cups cream of wheat
1 cup splenda (1/3 c fructose)
2 tablespoons canola oil
1.5 cups water -- or fat-free milk (I used milk)
2 eggs
6 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1.5 t baking powder

I added 1 chopped apple

1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients, stir. Pour into muffin pans filling 3/4 full. Bake 18-20 minutes or until center is firm to the touch.

You could make other changes, like reducing or eliminating the oil and replacing with more applesauce...chocolatizing...adding spices etc.
