Recipe Feeder
1 lb. Ground turkey
1 (or 2 depending on preference) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 med. onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can fat free chicken broth
1 TBSP (yes) chili powder ( more if you like it even spicier)
1TBSP cumin (yes, again)
1 tsp. Salt

Sauté onion and garlic as you brown the turkey. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 min. Serve with corn muffins. Makes 4-6 servings.
