Heat oven to 425F. Remove skin from 2 chicken breasts (about 1/2 lb. each); split breasts. Place chicken in ungreased baking pan, 9x9x2". Spread 1 tsp soft butter or margarine on each chicken piece. Sprinkle pieces with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. paprika. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Bake uncovered 35 to 45 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. snipped parsley.
