1 cup creamed cottage cheese
2 tbsp. skim milk
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. chopped radish
1/8 tsp. celery salt

In small mixer bowl, beat cottage cheese and milk until creamy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with Crisp Cold Relishes.
