Thick, pink drink bursting with raspberry flavor.

1 cup frozen whole raspberries
1 cup raspberry yogurt
1 cup soy milk (or milk)
2 tbsp. raspberry jam
1 large egg (see Note)
Serves 2
Process all 5 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Makes about 3 cups.
Pour into 2 large glasses.

Eggs used in beverages should be cold.
Remove egg from refrigerator just before adding.
Beverages containing uncooked egg should be served immediately.
