Buttermilk with apricot and pineaple in a light, foamy drink. A great way to start your day! Store leftover apricot halves in light syrup in an airtight container in the fridge and use in other beverages.

1/2 cup apricot nectar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup canned apricot halves (about 4 halves)
1/4 cup milk
Serves 2
Process all 5 ingredients in blender until smooth and frothy.
Makes about 2 cups.
Pour into 2 medium glasses.
