Loads of natural sweetness in this creamy shake.

14oz can of pear halves (with juice)
1/2 cup chopped pitted dates
2 tbsp. frozen concentrated apple juice
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
1 cup milk
Serves 4
Process first 3 ingredients in blender until fruit is finely chopped.
Add frozen yogurt and milk.
Process until smooth.
Makes about 4 cups.
Pour into 4 medium glasses.
