Peach and honey with the subtle taste of soy. A light beverage with just a bit of tang.

14oz can of sliced peaches in light syrup (with juice)
1 cup soy milk (or milk)
3/4 cup lite silken firm tofu, chopped
2 tbsp. liquid honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Serves 2
Process all 5 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Makes about 3 cups.
Pour into 2 large glasses.
