Pleasantly sweet pineapple with a gentle ginger mist.

12 1/2oz can of frozen concentrated pineapple juice
3 cups cold strong prepared tea
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 cups ginger ale
Serves 6
Combine concentrated pineapple juice, tea and lemon juice in pitcher.
Add ginger ale.
Stir gently.
Makes about 7 1/2 cups.
Pour over ice in 6 large glasses.

Serving suggestion:
Place wedge of fresh pineapple (with peel) on edge of glass or thread canned pineapple tidbits alternating with maraschino cherries onto cocktail pick for garnish.
