Mild flavors of chamomile, pineapple and mint in a refreshing, pale yellow tea.

2 cups boiling water
3 chamomile tea bags
2 fresh mint sprigs
1 1/2 cups sparkling bottled water (such as Perrier)
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup white grape juice
1/2 cup orange juice
2-3 tbsp. sweetened powdered lemon-flavored drink crystals
Serves 4
Pour boiling water into heatproof medium bowl.
Add tea bags and mint.
Let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain through sieve into pitcher.
Discard solids.
Add next 5 ingredients.
Stir until drink crystals are dissolved.
Makes about 6 cups.
Pour over ice in 4 large glasses.
