Cold cranberry and orange tea. Satisfying, thirst-quenching beverage.

3 cups boiling water
5 orange pekoe tea bags
9 1/2oz can of frozen concentrated cranberry cocktail
1 cup orange juice
3 tbsp. fresh (or frozen, thawed) cranberries
4 thin orange slices, halved
Ice
Serves 4
Pour boiling water into teapot.
Add tea bags.
Cover.
Let steep 5 minutes.
Squeeze and discard tea bags.
Combine concentrated cranberry cocktail and orange juice in pitcher.
Add tea.
Stir.
Cover.
Chill for 4 to 6 hours until cold.
Makes 5 cups.
Add cranberries and orange slice halves.
Stir.
Pour over ice in 4 large glasses.

Cranberry Tea Spritzer:
Pour Cranberry Iced Tea into large glasses until 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Fill with ginger ale, club soda or sparkling bottled water (such as Perrier).
