Oh, so sweet and chocolaty! A dessert you can drink.

1 cup milk
3 1/2oz white chocolate bar, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup whipped cream (or frozen whipped topping, thawed)
Serves 2
Heat and stir milk in small heavy saucepan on medium until bubbles form around edge.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate bar pieces and vanilla.
Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
Pour into 2 small mugs.
Top each with whipped cream.

Serving suggestion:
Use espresso cups for this decadent dessert beverage -- a little goes a long way!
