2 cups milk
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
2 tsp. clear vanilla
Serves 2
Heat and stir all 3 ingredients in small heavy saucepan on medium until bubbles form around edge.
Makes about 2 cups.
Pour into 2 small mugs.

Variation:
Omit corn syrup and vanilla.
Use 3 tbsp. vanilla-flavored syrup (such as Torani's).

Vanilla Malted Milk:
Add 3 tbsp. malt drink mix (such as Ovaltine) to milk mixture before heating.

Vanilla Hazelnut Milk:
Add 2 tbsp. hazelnut-flavored liqueur (such as Frangelico) to each mug.
