Recipe Feeder
*1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
*1/2 cup chopped onion
*1 lb large peeled and deveined shrimp, tails removed
*1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
*2 cloves garlic, minced
*1 tsp oregano leaves
*1/4 tsp salt
*2 medium tomatoes on the vine, cored and chopped
*1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
*Freshly ground pepper to taste
*4 oz angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions

Heat the oil in a medium skillet. Add onion and cook for about 10 minutes. Add shrimp, bell pepper, garlic, oregano and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes more. Stir in tomatoes and lemon juice. Cook until heated thoroughly. Season to taste with freshly ground pepper and salt. Serve immediately over hot cooked pasta
