Lasagne noodles
Spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. italian sausage, sliced
1 small red pepper, cut in strips
1 small green pepper, cut in strips
2 cups ricotta cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated

Cook lasagne noodles according to package directions.
Brown sausage, peppers, drain.
Grease baking dish. Spread 2 tbsp. over bottom of baking dish.
Layer noodle, sausage, pepper, cheese and sauce. Top with sausage, pepper, sauce and cheese.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
