Recipe Feeder
3 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 cup Onion, Chopped
1 Garlic Clove
1 pound Beef, Ground
2 teaspoon Salt
1¾ pound Tomatoes
8 ounce Tomato Sauce
6 ounce Tomato Paste
¾ cup Water
½ teaspoon Basil
½ teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Parsley, Dried
1 pound Lasagna
1 pound Cottage Cheese
2 Eggs
1 pound Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Parmesan, Grated

Heat the oil in a large sauce pan. Saute onions and garlic 5 mins. Stir in ground beef, cook over medium heat until browned. Add salt, tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, basil, oregano, sugar and parsley. Bring to a boil and simmer 45 mins.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Add a tb oil while cooking to prevent sticking. Drain, rinse and cool. Blend cottage cheese & egg in bowl. Preheat oven to 375f. Grease a baking pan.

Arrange alternate layers of sauce, lasagna, cottage cheese egg mixture mozzarella, finishing with sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan or romano cheese. Bake 35 mins. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
