1 lg Onion, chopped 6 oz Tomato paste
1 Clove garlic, minced 1 c Water
1/4 c Oil 1 ts Salt
1 lb Ground beef 1/2 ts Pepper
2 1/2 c Fresh chopped tomatoes 1 Bay leaf

Saute onion and garlic in the oil until soft. Add meat and cook until
browned. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Cool and place
in divided ice cube trays. Freeze until solid.
To use: Remove as many cubes as needed for meal and heat over low heat
until warmed through. Serve over hot noodles or pasta.
